SQUISHD is operated by Good Kid QLD Pty Ltd (ABN 50 676 700 753) (“we”, “us”). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, and what you buy.
- Payment details: handled directly by our payment providers. We don't store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login and preferences.
- Communications: messages you send us, and reviews you submit.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds
- To communicate with you about your order or enquiries
- To send marketing emails or SMS if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To run, secure and improve our store, including fraud prevention
- To meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed with service providers who help us run the store, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers such as Australia Post, email and marketing tools, analytics and advertising platforms. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and Canada. We don't sell your personal information.

Our products are for kids, but our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
