FAQ

How do the deals work?

Mix and match any squishies. 3 or more items ship free, 6 or more get 15% off, and 10 or more get 20% off. Discounts apply automatically at checkout, no code needed.

How quickly will I get my order?

We dispatch within 5–7 business days. Delivery then takes 2–8 business days for standard or 1–3 business days for express. Pre-order and Christmas items ship from the date shown on the product page.

How much is shipping?

Free on 3+ items. Otherwise $10 standard or $15 express, Australia-wide.

Are they safe for kids?

Our squishies are rated for ages 3 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended.

Can I choose the colour?

If a product says random or assorted colour, the colour is picked at random and can't be chosen. Otherwise, pick your colour on the product page.

Will my squishy last?

With normal squeezing, yes. Avoid sharp objects, biting, chewing, over-stretching and heat, which can damage them.

What's your returns policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered. See our Returns & Refunds page.

How do I contact you?
