Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed and you'd like to cancel, email us at info@squishd.com.au with your order number and a clear request for a refund. We'll process your refund promptly once we receive your request. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options across Australia:

• Free shipping on all orders over $80
• Standard shipping — $10 flat
• Express shipping — $15 flat

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes a further 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
