Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns — No Drama

We want you to love your SQUISHD purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

How to Return

1. Email us at squishdinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at squishdinfo@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you — including return postage.

Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened and used (unless faulty)
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
